1. Who you are

Every status update goes to this email address. It is also the link back to your request, so use an address you will still have in two months.

2. The site

This is where equipment ships from and back to, so give the address a carrier can deliver to rather than a corporate headquarters.

3. The cameras you want tested

One entry per model. If you have twelve identical cameras, that is one entry with a quantity of twelve. List at least one.

4. Advanced system integrations optional

If video has to work alongside something else you run, describe it here. The team scopes each one and tells you what it would take, including anything that has to come from the other vendor. You can add more at any time from your status page.

5. What you want to test

This becomes your test plan. Tick what you intend to put through its paces yourself once you have access, and the team makes sure the build supports all of it.
